It covers an area of 330 acres and has a registered capital of 370 million yuan. It is a wholly owned subsidary of Shanghai Putailai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 603659) , mainly engaged in the production, research and development and sales of lithium-ion battery anode materials.
